At Rhinokey®, we stand by the quality of our electronic key organizers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the Rhinokey® device in its original packaging, ensuring all screws, tools, and expansion parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
